On 31 May 2025, ThriftCon worked with Second Life Markets to turn Room X at Drumsheds into a one-day vintage fair. Ten thousand square metres of open floor gave 150 traders room to set out rails of street-wear, denim, sports jerseys and archive pieces.

Visitors walked in through The Stores for check-in and coffee before stepping into Room X for a street market set up: wide aisles for browsing, repair stations for quick fixes, and small stages for ten-minute talks on buying second-hand. A steady DJ set kept the energy going, and food trucks lined one wall for guests to refuel between browsing.

The day showed how Drumsheds can switch from night-time shows to daytime markets while supporting a culture built on reuse and shared style. Next stop for ThriftCon: Brooklyn Storehouse on 21 June.
