World Fitness Project at Drumsheds

Drumsheds hosted the first London stop of the World Fitness Project, a global competitive fitness league that brings together elite professionals and everyday competitors under the same roof. Across three live days in May 2026, the venue welcomed 3,000 spectators for an event that combined high-performance competition with a festival-like atmosphere, while reaching a global audience of viewers from 161 countries through a live stream that generated over 407,000 plays and 10.2 million Instagram views during event week.

The World Fitness Project is designed around a season of Tour Stops, with athletes accumulating points across each event before the season concludes with a World Fitness Finals where champions are crowned. London Pro was the first stop of the season, setting the tone for what was to come.

The whole venue was activated across the event. The Lobby served as the arrival point, with The Stores housing sponsor and vendor areas from brands including WIT Training, Rehband, HECK! Food, Tiki Tonga Coffee and Jacks Bakery, among others. Level 0 was opened as Project 1, a community workout space open to all, giving the wider public an opportunity to take part alongside the competitive programme. The Yard provided street food and seating through Kerb, offering a social space for spectators between sessions.

Room X served as the main performance and competition space, with tiered seating installed across the floor to create a dedicated spectator environment that brought the crowd close to the competition. The configuration gave every seat a clear sightline to the action, while the scale and height of the room allowed the seating to be built to a level that gave the event the feel of a sporting arena.

The Gallery was activated as the broadcast hub, housing the live stream operation that carried the event to a global audience throughout the three days. Backstage served as a warm-up and cool-down zone for athletes, while the Spotify Lounge, a permanently sponsored space within Drumsheds, was made available as a dedicated athletes lounge across the event.

The production scale reflected the ambition of the event. Inhouse production partners, Vibration Production, delivered lighting, rigging, screens and branding across the venue, with tiered seating and additional production infrastructure provided by C6, LST Venues and Star Live. Catering was provided by Kerb, with the Field Vision bar operating from The Yard.

The World Fitness Project London Pro demonstrated how Drumsheds can support large-scale competitive sporting events that combine live performance, broadcast infrastructure and community activation within a single venue, across multiple days and at a scale that reaches well beyond its walls.
