BARS
Our bars only accept cards, Apple Pay and Android.
We do not accept cash as a method of payment anywhere on site.

FOOD
Located at The Yard, our open-air street food market has a number of carefully selected vendors that offer a variety of cuisines alongside local craft brewers and cocktail bars until 10pm.

LOCKERS
£7.00 small (30cm x 30cm x 30cm)
£10.00 large (45cm x 30cm x 30cm)

You can fit around 3-4 normal sized jackets in a small locker. You’ll need to pay a £10 refundable deposit on top of this. Because you can access your belongings whenever you like using your own key, it’s advisable to lock your phone and wallet away rather than carrying in your bag or pocket.

MERCHANDISE
There will be DRUMSHEDS branded merchandise available at the Info/Shop stand.

EAR PLUGS
We advise against standing directly in front of the speakers, which are placed throughout the space. Ear plugs are available at the info point and bars for free.

ACCESSIBILITY
If you require accessibility assistance to or within the venue, or have any other requirements, please contact us in advance at access@drumshedslondon.com. Our accessibility guide, which contains further information can be found HERE.

LIGHTSHOW
Strobe lighting will be used at this event and may trigger epileptic seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy.

WATER POINTS
Free drinking water stations can be found throughout the venue. If you’re unsure of the nearest water station, please feel free to ask a member of our team.

VALUABLES & PHONES
Please be very careful with your bags and phones. Thieves and pickpockets unfortunately operate in London venues. If your phone is stolen, we unfortunately will only be able to assist if a description is provided of both the thief and your stolen item. Customers will be searched at random on exit, should we receive any reports of phone theft.

We look forward to welcoming everyone to DRUMSHEDS.

We would like to remind all guests, before and during the event, to play their part in making everyone’s visit a safe and enjoyable experience. As always, the safety of all our guests is our top priority. We have a professional security team who conduct thorough searches on all guests prior to entry, along with a medic and welfare facility on Level 1.

Anyone who feels unwell or uncomfortable can contact the venue’s medical and security teams, or any member of staff immediately for assistance without judgement.

We hope you enjoy your visit and please remember to look out for yourselves and others.

YOUR CONDUCT
Here at DRUMSHEDS, we have zero tolerance for non-consensual sexual behaviour. If you are seen to be making someone feel uncomfortable, harassing or assaulting anyone, you will be dealt with accordingly;

– You will be reported to security.
– You will be reported to the police and they may be called to the venue.
– You will be ejected from the venue.
– You will be banned from entering the venue in the future.

Please be aware that uniformed and plain clothed security are constantly monitoring all spaces both in person and on CCTV throughout the event.

WELFARE
Customer safety is of the utmost importance to us. We do not condone the use of illegal substances and need you to help us keep everyone safe.

There have been nationwide reports of extremely high-purity Ecstasy and MDMA in circulation across the country and the use of those can result in overheating, seizures and heart problems. If you feel unwell or see someone who looks unwell, please contact any member of staff immediately.

We have a trained medical team on site for every show who will provide non-judgemental care and advice should you need it.

FINDING YOUR FRIENDS
DRUMSHEDS has partnered with the find-your-friends platform ‘Where You At’, an app that helps guests find their friends in venues with no phone signal or WiFi. Download the app HERE before you come to the venue.

Our commitment to a safe and respectful environment extends to all areas of the venue. If you ever encounter harassment or feel unsafe, please approach any of our team members and Ask for Angela. We prioritise your safety, and our team will swiftly and discreetly assist you to a safe location. Rest assured, we’re here to support you in any way we can.

SPIKING
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against drink tampering or spiking in any form. Our vigilant uniformed and plain-clothed security team monitors the venue at all times. Upon entering the venue, every guest undergoes a thorough search. Additionally, we offer free drink lids upon request at the bar.
