We work closely with The Loop, a registered charity aiming to reduce drug-related harm. The varied strength of MDMA pills, especially when combined with alcohol and other drugs (including prescription medication) can mean that effects are unpredictable. Always proceed with caution.
Some signs of an MDMA-related emergency include excessive sweating, significantly raised temperature, muscle rigidity, non-responsiveness and seizures. Be aware of the symptoms and seek help immediately if you or anyone you are with feels unwell.
The Loop recommend you:
• Take regular breaks if dancing, especially if you feel hot.
• Drink water regularly and slowly and aim for around half a pint of water per hour. Overhydration can also be dangerous.
All Drumsheds staff, including dedicated medical and welfare teams, are here to help and offer assistance without judgement.
Remember to look after each other.
We’ve partnered with London-based tech brand Nothing to provide free Wi-Fi across Drumsheds so you can stay connected to your friends.
